We took my cousin's vehicle in to have the air conditioner unit recharged. Was quoted a price of $98.52 but of course they needed to test the Unit to make sure there were no leaks. We'd never been to this business before so there was a small concern that the price would be jacked up for unknown issues since they were the most cost effective location we could find. Imagine our surprise and complete satisfaction when everything checked out and we were charged the original estimate that we were given. What a nice change of pace to actually find a trustworthy mechanic and business! I learned that it was a family owned business and they treat their customers fairly and I can't say enough about the results we received.

We brought our car in thinking that all we needed was a quick alignment before our drive to Santa Cruz. We pulled up minutes before they were going to close, and Marc still took the time to take a look at the car. Turns out, there was a significant bubble on the inside of the tire that we would never have known about. If Marc had turned us away that day, we would have been driving to Santa Cruz on that tire was was waiting to explode. We appreciate the work ethic that they have here at the Winchester Quality Tune Up. A million and one stars to Marc, keep up the good work!

Came to Quality for an oil change and to get the air in my tires topped off as they were low. Oil change went smoothly but techs did not add air to my tires at all. Manager said to just drive the car for a few minutes and the warning light would turn off. It did not so I checked my tires myself and found out that they were 10psi below the recommended fill level. Not sure I want to trust a place where a tech doesn’t know how to check the air in your tires.
