UPDATE: Okay although these people are very nice including Marcus who has a heart of gold, I only went for an oil change and they literally left my engine oil nut loose and it was leaking all over. I luckily needed to go elsewhere the next day for a different service and they caught it otherwise I would've had to deal with the consequences. I'm leaving 3 stars because of the kindness of these people, but this is pretty basic stuff to not mess up. Won't come here for an oil change in the future. This place is fantastic for a good, cheap, quality oil change in a short period of time. They don't try to throw you a million dollar bill when you're only going for maintenance, but if you're looking for an inspection they will go above and beyond! Marc was there when I needed an oil change and gave me a bunch of helpful advice on things to maintain, let me decide what and when to do the maintenance, and sent me on my way with the job done, with great customer service! Highly recommend!

I didn’t check my oil myself but after getting the tires rotated and then being told by an alignment shop that my tires should have been replaced, I wasn’t too happy. Just know that if you ask for a rotation they will not check your tires or recommend you to replace them.

We would really like to research your visit so we can address the technicians involved. Please understand that we do check your tire pressure during your oil change service, not tread depth on tires. Even though we are not in the tire business, we do recommend customers replace tires and/or get alignments all the time due to severe uneven tire wear or bald tires. Please give us a call with your license plate number or name the vehicle was service under so we can research your visit accordingly and address the proper team members. Took the car in quickly. AJ at the front desk was very organized and clear, made the process go by very smoothly. At first they said to expect about an hour and a half, and that was a maximum! They had the smog check finished within the 90 minutes. Very pleased!
