bad service,they did a tune up and oil change,next day my fan motor was making lots of noise,the air vent tube to the air filter was just hanging,the oil stick was only half way down.I called them,I talk to AJ he said I have to wait for another day for them to look at it

I wanted to do a pre-buying car inspection, but was utterly confused about what do do especially since I wasn’t off this area. I called Joey and he advised me about the pre-buy inspection. He was super helpful and squeezed me a time even though they were under a tight schedule. Since I was visiting from Berkeley, this was immensely valuable to me. My cat inspection itself was done by Billy. And Billy apart from being an excellent and competent mechanic is also a great person. He walked me through multiple times all the issues there were in the car. Moreover, he suggested me that I should ask the dealership to fix this before I bought the car. He could have very easily tried to make money by telling me that he would fix those issues, but he didn’t. I really really appreciated it.
