Reasonable price. 4 star because mentioned earlier that price for transmission oil change and break oil change is 250 even when I mentioned about Honda Accord.When I reached there, he mentioned price might be 30 bucks more since he may need to add some other oil because I may have CVT engine. Later on, He mentioned, he checked with oil price and it's a bit higher. So, at the end I got charged 50 bucks more than what was mentioned on the phone. Situation might be understandable, but telling price information should be pretty clear when you are telling on phone and customer is planning to come.
Jaimin, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Sorry we quoted you the basic pricing on the phone. FYI some Honda Accords use CVT, some take regular fluid. It’s hard to know exactly which ones when you have vehicles to work on and customers in the building wanting their vehicle completed. I apologize that he didn’t check the price before he quoted you. Mark and his mechanics are very friendly and professional. I got my car transmission oil, filter done in two hours. They are down to earth and very easy going. They work and have conversations with me give you the feeling of “make yourself at home”. They have a new return customer now. I’ll be back many more times.
