10/22 I went back to Quality Tune Up Car Care Center and once again I was impressed the wonderful service they provided. They are dog and baby friendly as well! Great crew that provided honest and high quality work. They even worked to together to help me adjust my headlights even though it was not a usual service they provide! I never leave this place disappointed. 06/22 I had a really great experience at Quality Tune Up Car Care Center. I heard a clicking when pressing down on my brakes. I googled the nearest car shop near me, and this place had the highest reviews. It was my first time at this location, and I was so relieved and impressed with how they do business. I called and they answered right away, told me to come down and they would look. I packed my son and baby in the car, and I was a bit nervous as I have had negative experiences at other car shops in the past. The gentleman jumped in my car, had a listen and told me that the car was okay, and it was safe to drive. It is a small part when you shift from park to drive that would need to be replaced a bit later on. He also adjusted the air in my tires and gave me free valves, as I was missing a couple. Then thanked me for my time and sent me on my way! I couldn't believe the service I had just received! I didn't pay a dime! Thank you Quality Tune Up Car Care Center! You are now our family's mechanic for all our car needs!

Mike went above and beyond to help me out with my car’s oil change. I went a couple other oil change places and they couldn’t help me because they can’t remove the oil filter. Mike took the time to explain to me that he could remove the oil filter but he will need to break it off and he will get replacement part from dealer. He changed the car’s oil and replaced the broken part all under 1.5 hours, and charged me a fair price.
