The oil change took about half an hour - super quick!! Though there was a problem with something being screwed on too tight and broke off….So overall, good thorough work. it did take extra time to order a part for me that was an extra 40 mins to get it from the other shop.
Amy, We always do our best to get you back on the road as fast as possible. Sometimes there are hiccups. Bolts sometimes break or need to be replaced. We couldn't possibly keep every bolt on hand, so we have to order them from the dealer or aftermarket parts store. It was recommended by Mark, from another branch of Quality Car Care in San Jose, since their machine for AC was down! I got the same good service as what I normally get👍 QUALITY! I am thankful they finished the job before the end of the day, otherwise I will be needing to go back to pick up my car for the following day

It was horrible!!! They gave me an appointment and then didnt have a mechanic available for 4 days. Never called me to cancel the appointment. Yelled at me. Horrible experience. Very unreliable. Apparently they only have one mechanic and when that person is out sick your car sits for days

Needed an oil change. While they do not take appointments for oil changes, they were able to accommodate. Ended up also needing a brake job :-( . Not unexpected. Mike was very friendly an helpful. They are clearly customer service oriented. I'll be back for other services I need.
