Mikey is a great shop owner they do quality quick efficient work I appreciate the discounts they give (when possible) I highly recommend this establishment!
This has been my go to place for a very long time. My "new" car is no longer as new as she used to be. Instead of driving to VW I gave these guys a chance. They over delivered in customer care and support and promptly repaired my water pump n things to get me going within a 24 hour period. I paid a fraction of what I would have at VW. Thumbs up to small business and supporting our neighborhoods they go above and beyond. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and complete repairs in a timely manner.
Whinde, thank you for the fantastic review and for continuing to trust us with your vehicle over the years! We’re so glad we could exceed your expectations on the water pump repair and get you back on the road quickly—without the dealership price tag. Your support of small business means a lot, and we’re proud to serve our community with honest, timely, and professional care every time. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
So my "New" car is not as new as she used to be. Did I mention that all the warranties have gracefully met their expiration dates? My coolant light went on when I was headed to work. Instead of having "Grace" towed to VW I drove here. This was my mechanic for a few of my older cars and they were close. They did not disappoint. They over delivered in customer care and support and promptly repaired my water pump "n thangs" to get me going within a 24 hour period. I paid a fraction of what I would have at VW. (Yes, I called VW for a quote) Thumbs up to small businesses and supporting our neighborhoods they go above and beyond. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, informative, honest, TRUSTWORTHY, and complete repairs in a timely manner. It is very difficult to find this type of establishment in this area these days. I would give them more *s if I could.
My friend told me about this shop and came here earlier this week for a tire rotation & oil change. The shop definitely lives up to the name, lol! Service was awesome! They had my car out in under an hour & staff is very friendly. Jim gave me a good price for the oil change & tire rotation. I'll be sure to come back!
Tony, Thank you for your review. Look forward to helping you with all your car care needs in the future. We did it all from an oil change to an engine change. See you soon.
Quality auto is amazing in every way- the customer service is impeccable and the work is flawless!
Excellent, honest customer service which (as we all know) is hard to find in a mechanic! Zack is a great man - kind, honest & incredibly knowledgeable. Will definitely keep coming back! :)
Great service and prices from a good man. Go see Marc, he'll sort you out!
Great place to go if you need anything done to your vehicle. Marc was very helpful and got me in right away. Very professional and courteous, will definitely be coming back and I recommend people to bring their vehicle here.
