I have been to this location twice for service and I have received only honesty and ethical behavior from this shop. Mike Gattis, service manager, runs an efficient and knowledgeable crew. The first time I went to have my brakes done. Instead of replacing front and back, they only did the front. When I asked why, they said the read brakes were fine and didn't need replacing. Today I went in for some major service. The price for the replacement of the part was more than I could afford. Mike suggested that I go to the auto parts store nearby and by the part myself. That would save me enough money to afford the repairs. I have never experienced such honesty and a willingness to assist the customer at the expense of their own revenue. Thank you Mr. Gattis.
RIP OFF!! Over priced! Way to expensive for 40$ job! (Edited after owner response)Wrong!! I asked about putting a bolt on a strut assembly(one bolt) for me not a transmission job! You don't even remember the visit you just made stuff up. You're a liar sir! That shop may have been there for 40+ years but i don't believe you've been the owner all that time. You are truly a bad place to do business. Avoid this place!!
We've been going here for years. Honest, friendly and convenient, usually no appointment needed. They're always willing to explain repairs and let us know what's necessary and what can be put off.
I have been going to this shop for a few years now for different repairs on my older Acura. They have always been great. When they said how long a repair would take they were always on time or early. I needed a window motor repair I got a quote from dealership and they saved me about 30% on this repair. I just got brakes done there today they noticed a nail in the tire and just took care of it saying they want satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service, courteous, good price, honest.
