AVOID THIS PLACE! As a customer, I had a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience with Mark at this shop. If I could give a zero star, I would. I was basically RUDELY REFUSED service for an inspection, diagnosis, and oil change at this place. This is my second time (and of course last time) I'm at this place in contact with the people working there. Based on my two experiences, there is ABSOLUTELY no way this place offers a 5-star quality service or deserve to earn positive reviews! As a customer, I even had the impression that they may treat people categorically. I called in 8:30am on a Saturday to ask availability for service and Mark asked me to bring in right away. I arrived at 8:45am and asked for an inspection and diagnosis since I heard clicking sound at the car bottom. I told him the mileage of the car. He asked me to do an oil change since "it will on the rack and it's the time to do it" Ok, that's fine. Then, he went to my car and opened the hood and started checking things. I was told I needed a 90k car service and given a quote for "$1200 to $1400 and an entire day of work". I thanked him for his advice and told him I'm not ready for that today to pay $1200. He was very irritated for some reason and said to me "Come on, what are you here for today, dude! I'm telling you your car need a 90k service" I said I needed a checkup on the bottom of the car and for a big 90k service I need to do some research and compare quotes around the area. He walked back to his office since there were a couple of cars pulled in. He chatted with a Caucasian lady a bit, took her key, and pulled her car into the shop right away. I asked him whether he works based on appointments or is on a first-come-first-serve basis, since I certainly had the impression that I was there before that lady. He then became very rude and yelled at me with his NASTY ATTITUDE "Look I'm very busy! All of these cars need my service right now. If you are not ready then do your shop around and come back when you are ready!" Imagine how I felt at that point as a customer and guess whether I would go back. AVOID THIS PLACE, and their prices are not competitive at all in the area!
A smog check should not take an hour. Came here hoping I would be done within 20-30 minutes, as with any normal smog station. I came in around noon, and there was nobody else in front of me. The guy smogging my car let the car idle for about 30 minutes without touching it, while walking around + talking on his phone and pretending to look in the engine bay and under the car (For no apparent reason). The rest of the workers were in the back of the shop on their phones as well. As someone who works on cars, I can tell you that these guys have no idea what they're doing. They're also not the cheapest place in town, so I would advise you to give a more helpful and customer-oriented smog check station your business.

Mark was super friendly and performed a Smog test on my Honda Civic even at 5:30 PM! Great customer service and attitude.
I have been taking all of our cars there for the last 10 years. There is no where else I would take my cars to be worked on. Sukhi is the best! From simple things like an oil change to engine work he does it all. Most important he does it for a fair price. I never feel like I'm being taken. I have referred many friends who have been very happy. Even when purchasing a used car for my daughter Sukhi checked the car out for no charge. Just a great guy all around. If you live in the Cambrian Park area you should be taking your car to Quality Tune-Up.
First time here. I came here to get oil changed and brakes checked. Told them that my car was also screeching when I turned on the engine and they told me my belt might've been loose and they tightened it for free. Everyone is friendly. Definitely will be coming back here in the future.
Don't ever come here the guy is rude and they take forever but at an affordable price
I brought my car here without an appointment but they helped me out right away. The manager Jimmy was very nice, he gave me a good price to replace my water pump. Very good service. Highly recommended.
