Awesome service.
I can vouch for these guys: they get it right 99% of the time, and when they don't, they make it right. Auto repair gets more complicated all the time, and I never thought I would trust any garage outside of expensive dealership service departments. I've had minor to more major work done at this Quality Tune Up on all 4 of my cars including Infinity, Lexus, and Toyota brands over the past 6 years, and the results are excellent at a reasonable price. Recommendation: If you read mixed reviews on this business from 2014, consider this more current review. To build confidence, maybe start with oil changes and smog checks, get comfortable with the team, and get quotes on more major repairs - they'll likely beat the price and get the job done!
As a long time Fremont resident, I can honestly tell you that this place is the BEST repair shop around. Don't bother going any where else. Mark and his staff take their time to explain the problem, the fix and always works with my budget. Don't be fooled by the fools with bad reviews. My Chevy Tahoe has 299,000 miles on it and its still kicking.
This is my first time coming here. I was welcomed with big smiles and friendly workers. Richard took care of my car for an oil change. He was able to accommodate me ASAP which was very nice of him to do since I didn't make an appointment or anything beforehand. If you come here I highly recommend you to go to Richard! He's funny and super nice! The service here is great!
First time I went there , talked to victor about my car , he was very friendly , knows what to do , my car is well cared , and did a very professional job. Thank you
No complaints Amazing customer service very friendly receptionist Got $10 coupon for smog test I was in and out in 40 mins
The service is great
Luis, This review is great! Thank you for your loyalty and sharing your experiences. We're here for you next time you need us. Thanks, The Quality Tune Up Car Care Team
Name is very deceptive. Yes they do oil and smog. I also take my auto mobile there for maintenance. Mark is honest and will finish the job when he says he will. In the past year we have moved to Dublin. Gladly do the drive to have them work on our car. Its hard to find a honest mechanic and when you do you need to stick with them.
This is my spot! No matter what I need done these guys get it done and fast! They also price match and they are super nice. They always want to make sure they're giving you superb service. I never leave with anything less. Only place I go for servicing my vehicles.
