Usually it takes two hours or less to do an oil change. This time it took over three hours. They don’t do appointments so it is walk in only and they did not take them in order either. About 4 people who came after me had their cars worked and left way before me. I had to ask them twice and it was always yours is next but was never the next. I gave been going here for awhile but will now reconsider because more than three hours and $155 for an oil change is too much
