I was passing through Fremont and was only going to be in town for a few hours. I was in desperate need of an oil change. It was 330 pm on a Saturday and this shop closes at 5:00. I called to see if it would be too late to come in and they were more than happy to accommodate me. While I sat and waited in the office, I was impressed by rapport that the staff with every single customer . They talked about their families, jobs, life in general. It was very clear that people had trusted their cars to this man for years. The customer service is excellent! My car was serviced in a short time and I was back in the road. I would recommend this place 1000 times over.

Car was having issues and decided to call a nearby shop. Spoke to Mark about the issue. He asked for me to drop off the car so his team can take a look the next morning. Sure enough, got a call the next morning as promised with the information I needed. Would recommend Mark and his team for any car related needs. Great shop and even better person.

Outstanding service, quality work. I had my car towed their since it had been a year since I had driven it. Mark said it might get done same day, he even dropped my car off to me and left the keys in my mailbox.
