I love how fast and easy this place is!!! The service is amazing and I know they're doing a thorough job on my car and that they really care, not trying to just get my money. They took me in right away and all the guys got to work on my car. Then all the other customers starting rolling in. 10 was a good time to come in. And they're showing the price is right!!! Score!!!

Very fast and good service. Came in for an oil change and head light replacement at 4:30 pm... Drove out by 4:50 pm! The owner was a very very sweet gentleman Zack. He was polite and explained everything.

I've been here a number of times, thanks to DMV telling me that I had to smog my vehicle. The staff here is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!

Zack Srouji is an amazing man. Not only is he fair, honest, and trustworthy but also a wonderful boss and business owner. I worked with Zack for over 10 years and have brought several vehicles for major and minor servicing. He and his employees are respectful and kind. They greet you with a smile and call you by name. Zack has been in business for over 28 years and counting. Till this day, I still take my cars to Quality Tune-Up Shops, MILPITAS location not only because I appreciate Zack and his amazing service but also because I know my car(s) are in good hands. God bless Zack, his amazing staff, and the shop. I hope to see it continue on for years to come. I love this place. The owner Zack is a straight forward shooter when it comes auto repairs/maintenances and charging for their services. Fast, friendly, and honest service. I strongly recommend this place.

So I've been REALLY busy and barely have time to update my reviews. I got a very nice message from the customer service manager apologizing and asking if she could do anything to help better my next experience. I really appreciated that but I felt like such a jerk because I came back a couple of time and the customer service HAS improved. I just didn't update my review ahhhh.. ): I went to another shop for a bit because of it was "recommended" by my car insurance. All I would have to say is that they would give me the run around with my car and would barely even start to think about fixing things before they talked about money. The little things really do matter to me now. I like how they call me by name, they have an extensive file on my car with suggestions of what I might need or what I got done the time before. The workers always put a little paper, throw away foot mat so they don't track in mud. My only complaint is that my last oil change they didn't put a little reminder sticker on my upper left windshield ): How am I suppose to know when to change my oil!? (its a girl thing.. I'm lost without that sticker) Ok came back here cause my parents told me to "Suck it up" and get my oil changed... (-1) star for having no AC but I think that is too much to ask for from a tune up shop. BUT they try... they have 2 fans that blow hot air into your face.. I guess thats better than no air blowing in your face.. (+1) I asked them to change my air filter.. they said that it doesn't need to be changed yet. I guess either they are screwing me over in my air filter needs or they actually check now and tell you honestly what you need or don't need. Over all it saved me money.. so +1 (+1) I asked them to do something with my AC.. they checked my AC and said I didn't need it. Saved me money.. wooo (+1) they did an engine oil flush.. car feels like it runs better.. I guess this experience was better than my last visit. We'll see how it is next time I go. So I've been coming here for God knows how long and I have no idea why I keep coming back. About 6 months ago I had my 90,000 mi tune up. The whole shabang for 100+ dollars. I'm a girl and I kept saying yes to everything because I have neglected my car for about 8 years and I'm pretty dam sure that everything they were offering was pretty legit.. After 2 days of driving my car I noticed that my car would shake violently if I surpassed 70 mph. I came back to quality tune up and they said that it was something with my tired and how they rotated it. After yelling at them about spending a SHIT load of money and having to take another day off of work cause I was carless, they re-rotated my tires and my car was ok. I returned today for an oil change. There were about 5 people ahead of me and the wait was only 20-40 minutes (estimated time they gave me). I was thinking "sure why not.. i have the time"... About an hour later I started to get a little uneasy. I looked out and noticed that my car was sitting in the parking lot. I saw my clip board hanging on the wall and I thought "well they should call my name soon" after another 15 minutes and these asshole guys cutting in front of my clipboard I finally get up and wait in front of the front desk til someone noticed me. 80 dollars for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. 14 dollars for the wipers AND 14 dollars for the dam wiper labor. WTF. 49.99 for my oil change ughghgh... Irritated I paid and while i was signing my credit card receipt the guy has the audacity to tell me that I need a fuel injector something and I told him "well i just got a tune up recently here.. Do i still need it?" he looked on the computer and said "oh.. I guess not.." and crossed it off. Now I'm just wondering how much money they hustled out of me cause I kept on saying Yes to everything. I'll never come back. p.s. why have a tv if you only play infomercials??? I watched Shamwow about 50x.. and for the price I paid at Quality tune ups I could of gotten 8 sets of shamwows..

I have taken my Cars to Zak and his son for many years and have had NO issues. I just took my car in for major service and all went well. Was billed what I was quoted, no pushy sales pitch. All I have to say to all these negative responses -YOU dont have to take there advise and keep your car maintained, but if you do not service your vehicles regularly, then do not expect your car to last. QT, gives you advise on how to keep your car running smoothly at a very low cost.

Update! My truck failed smog and after reviewing the print out from the smog place and some research on the net I figured it's either my O2 sensor or my EGR. I went to quality and saw Zack working on a car and some other guy in a white shirt (don't think he was one of the techs) at the register. I inquired about getting my O2 sensor checked and he promptly said they can check the entire emission system for something like $154 (I don't remember exactly, but there about). I told him my problem is either with my O2 sensor or EGR and I just want to get those checked so I can replace the bad part(s). Keep in mind that I do most of the work on my truck and my wife's car myself these days since my last bad experience with an auto service place. Anyway, he tells me it could be anything so they can check my system for $154 (I don't know why he felt he needed to repeat the price?). To make a long story short he basically refused to check my truck unless I paid for the full system check. I figured what the heck and went to Kragen down the street and bought an O2 sensor for $15. Replaced that then had my smog checked again and passed (woohoo!). I don't think I'll be coming here anymore... Quality Tune-Up in Milpitas celebrates it's 20th anniversary this year. At this place you get what you pay for, the service truly compliments the name. I met with the owner Zack, he's very courteous and has been running the place since it's inception. One thing I like about this place is that whenever you go in for any service they'll check out your fluid levels, hoses, etc. as a courtesy. I usually work on my own or my wife's car myself, but it's nice to know that they check everything out when I take a car in for something that's outside of my scope. The last time I had my wife's car in there for it's 60k mile maintenance and had asked them to do a thorough check of the brakes as well. When we came back after Zack had called us about the car being done he informed us that the front pads had ~70% life left and the rear had ~80%. I described how the steering wheel shakes a little when braking on the freeway so I thought there might be something wrong with the front brakes. He got someone to put the car back into the shop right away and checked the front rotors. Sure enough they were warped and he had someone change them while we ran another errand. I'd recommend the shop to anyone!
