This is the second time I’ve had an oil change with Quality. They’re friendly and very professional. I show up without an appointment and both times I’ve been in and out in 45 minutes to an hour max. I watched the technician, and he was meticulous in wiping down any oil splashes on my frame, which is an inevitable during an oil change. All my fluids were topped off, including the wiper fluid, and I was very happy with the service I received from them. I highly recommend!

Fast work, but there wasn't much communication. I literally just went up to the mechanic and told him my brakes were squealing and he took it for a test drive, came back, put it on the rack, took the tires off and then I had to ask HIM what was wrong. He then told me my rear brakes were bad and gave me an estimate of 250. No info on what brake pads they were going to use. They didn't turn my rotors (maybe they didn't need it) but now I'm getting a vibration when I brake that I didn't have before. Don't know if I should go back...

That vibration i had was because they didnt turn my rotors or suggest new ones, when mine were totally warped and gouged! Luckily my bro in law has a shop in stockton and he fixed it the right way. 0/10 do not recommend!
