He apologized for being so busy when they smog checked my Subaru. I told him I like going to a shop that is super busy. It speaks volumes about how many people trust your skills. Customers coming and going were very appreciative of the work done on their cars.

I brought in my vehicle for a smog certificate for my DMV registration. AJ the technician worked on my vehicle. AJ was extremely professional and courteous. They don't take appointments, it's ' first come first serve basis'. I dropped my vehicle off, walked To Togo's, took my time eating, a little wait but worth it. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for future repairs and maintenance.

Great customer service and reasonable pricing. Came for an oil change and they were accommodating to my schedule. Really appreciate how helpful and patient Joe was, explaining what he found and future services that I should consider.

I went there for a quick maintenance. Marc is straight forward and just told me I need this this (like filter and oil change) and no need to do anything else. It took about 30 minutes. So far so good!

Great as always!!! Mike is the best - Professionable & Personable. Some work didn't fix one of the problems so i didn't get charged for it. Bill went from estimated $109 to $40something!!

Went in to Quality a week or so ago for a smog check. It's always nice to see an auto place full of customers, because that usually means that they do good business, but could also mean that you're going to be waiting for a while. Not the case. Had my family with me, including two very impatient toddlers and after a short lunch at a nearby subway, came back to check on the status and they were done. No longer than an hour, which I thought was terrific considering that there were people ahead of me. I will trust them in the future for car needs; and just a side note. About a year ago, my old battery died in the same parking lot; on a cold, rainy night just after sundown, again with my whole family in the car. I ran over to Quality, and explained my situation, and before I could even finish explaining. The guy I was talking to (don't remember his name) assured me that he had me covered. He brought a portable jump kit over to my car and charged me up in a jiffy, literally out of the kindness of his heart. I will forever be indebted to this place, you just don't find that kind of service anywhere anymore. Thank you Quality Tune-up #8.

Busy shop with good staff and fair-ish cost for services. I take my car there on a regular basis. Recommended.
