I am so thankful that I found this repair shop that I literally am afraid to move from the Bay Area now because I don't want to lose the great repair shop that I finally found... I have had multiple repairs done at Quality Tune Up Car Care Center and all the repairs were done exceptionally well and with the phenomenal service of the team there including from Marc. Unfortunately my car has over 200,000 miles on it and thus it seams to break down every other day but fortunately, due to the team at Quality Tune Up Car Care Center it hasn't been as much of a financial issue as it previously was for me. As for Marc, he is the best, he's super friendly and knowledgable and he's a great person too. At one point in time I told him directly that I couldn't move forward with any repairs until I consulted my budget first and he replied to me by saying that he would discount the cost of the repairs for me in order to fit my budget and then he proceeded to give me a $150 discount... and that was on top of the already low price for repairs that he already quoted me... very cool! They are just that awesome here! To give you an idea of what my repairs cost with Quality Tune Up Car Care Center working on my car... my most recent repair done here was for a valve cover gasket (something that another repair shop tried to charge me $2,000 for alone) and for a belt and a water pump. The total costs for this repair with Quality Tune Up Car Care Center was $700... Which is a really good price considering the repair work that I needed to have done and what a competitor would have charged me. I could go on and on about the great service that l've received with Quality Tune Up Car Care Center but I'm short on time so l'll leave it here for now!

Have really enjoyed working with Mandeep and Marc over the years to get maintenance and repairs done on our Toyota Corolla and now Acura MDX. They're really hard working and honest, with great attention to detail. They only recommend needed services, and I've not needed to take the car back for at least a year after each service. Highly recommend them for car service.

Professional, honest, fair, friendly, and timely. If something is not required, he tells me. No up selling which is why I continue to come back to this location.

We brought our car in thinking that all we needed was a quick alignment before our drive to Santa Cruz. We pulled up minutes before they were going to close, and Marc still took the time to take a look at the car. Turns out, there was a significant bubble on the inside of the tire that we would never have known about. If Marc had turned us away that day, we would have been driving to Santa Cruz on that tire was was waiting to explode. We appreciate the work ethic that they have here at the Winchester Quality Tune Up. A million and one stars to Marc, keep up the good work!
