I’ve been to Mark and the crew a few times now and you know why…HONESTY. I told my daughter to take her truck because it was making a rattling sound and she needed the oil changed. The rattling was just a loose piece of metal they fixed at no charge. No made reasons to get more money. The first time I went to Mark was for my Armada that was blowing hot air on the passenger side. We couldn’t find the part we needed anywhere but they were able to get it working AT NO CHARGE. Mark told me I still needed the part but it lasted a whole year. If you need a mechanic you can trust, look no further Quality on Winchester is the place.

I stumped upon Quality when I needed my 100k mile service and man did I hit the jackpot! Marc is sooo kind and personable. He and his team really care about you, your car and your returned business. I've been taking my Jeep to them for a few years now for general oil changes. I even had an emergency where I was left on the side of the road with an overheating car, and Marc took care of me. Marc and his team at Quality Tune Up Car Care Center has always gone out of their way to change my oil to accommodate my busy schedule. I trust them to always bring to my attention any problems they see and I appreciate that I never feel pressured into any service. I feel they honestly share when it might be urgent or estimate how much time or how many miles I might have until I might need service or something repaired or replaced. Like they noticed that my strut had leaked out and even though it’s an unexpected expense, I trust them to take care of my strut problem on my 2014 Acura. My husband is a car guy and awesome mechanic but he even told me to go ahead with the service/repair before I head home to Truckee. They guarantee their work for 1 year or 12,000 miles.
