First, my sister went to Quality Tune Up Car Care/Winchester...she raved about the very thorough service and professionalism. Next, I brought my Honda Accord in ...me, too! Very, very impressed with Marc and the thorough analysis of every aspect of my car. That never happened before. All of a sudden we are telling our pals bout Quality Tune Up...we eventual told the manager at Starbucks...Class Act.

Today! I discovered MY NEW Car GUY. First and not last appointment at QUALITY TUNE-UP CARE CENTER 425 S. Winchester BLVD SAN JOSE Ca 95128 After two very very disappointing appts with supposed re Honda “specialist” Best Friend suggested trying QualityTune Up - across from Santana Row- Turns out three of her friends also go to see Marc at Quality Tune Up. I just left….And could not be more impressed. Marc is a Class Act: Very Thorough: Checked 20+ items… Received a Great Report…Plus: advice on what to do re Front Brakes, etc. Checked Tire pressure/fixed.Gave me the $10 discount on mobile phone. Walked across the street….Had a Mocha at Starbucks….And, then Got my car! So very impressed, so professional..especially with the thorough report and insights. Good prices! Feels good that my car has been thoroughly inspected and updated and taken care of. YAY!

lovely people !!! there was a hole in my coolant tank, needed it done fast. they offered the lowest diagnostic fee i have personally seen in this area, and knocked a couple bucks off the final price as well. didn’t try to sell me on some shit i didn’t really need, just focused on the problem i brought the car in with. will definitely be coming back. thank you guys !!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had to get my car towed for a then-unknown issue. I called ahead to make sure they were available to check it out, and Marc greeted me with a friendly, "You made it!" when I arrived. Marc and his team were very helpful, professional, and informative in letting me know what they were doing, why they were doing it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take.

We have been going to Quality tune up on. Winchester for years because Mark, the manager and the crew make sure we're well taken care of. They inspect a lot, even during a routine oil change. Attention management...DO NOT LET MARK GO!!!
