I brought a car here recently for a pre-purchase inspection and was SO HAPPY I did! I was able to schedule a same day appointment, the price was really fair, and the guys in the shop were professional and friendly. They welcomed me to watch the inspection and ask questions. Fortunately, they found that the car was in great condition, and recommended purchasing it. I felt confident in their inspection and bought it (from Pride Motors on Stevens Creek Blvd). Shopping for a good oil change auto shop, I found Quality Tune-up Car Care Center with 4.8 positive reviews. You don't see that kind of high reviews a lot. This center deserves all the praises the customers load them with. First, Marc came to meet me with his great smiles. He then went over my car and gave me his opinions but he never pushes his way. He respects your decisions. He changed the oil and filled the coolant, which was almost empty, both for only $32, after offering me a nice $5 discount. You don't get that kind of pricing anywhere else. He told me that his mother taught him to be kind to people, and that's exactly what he is. You can feel his sincerity and kindness and generosity. Marc is very professional and friendly, and his team is that way also. There's another mechanic there also, whose name I don't know. He would nod and smile at me, making me at home while waiting for my car. I know that now I have an oil change place each time I need an oil change, unlike before when I always had to ask people or look for one myself. Thanks, Marc---you'll see a lot of me from now on. BTW, I forgot to ask if you also do smog check.

Great service! They are very transparent with you and show you everything they do to your car. If something is wrong, they will show you and quote you a price on the spot. Had my oil and brakes changed and so far, top notch work. They do a great job and have a quick turn around time.

These guys are great! I wanted to buy a used car on a Saturday, and needed a mechanic to do a last minute inspection without an appointment. Obviously weekends were super busy and I knew there was a zero to slim chance they could fit me in. But I got super lucky! Marc was so nice and professional. And he was able to squeeze me in despite having a super busy work day. I am so grateful that they could help me! This is one satisfied customer. Thanks Marc and the rest of the crew!
