After years of bouncing from one oil change place to another I have finally found my 'home'. Unlike many other car service places, they don't try to gouge me on extra services just because I'm female. The place I frequented previously because it was across from my work replaced my left headlight three times in a single year, then charged me over a grand to get it checked out, with the bulb burning out a mere two months later. For me, that was the last straw. I took my car in to Quality and they replaced the bulb and a year later it's still going strong. Even when I come in without an appointment everyone is completely professional and speedy, I don't think I've had to wait longer than 30 minutes! And when I am ready to pay, they always check and see if there are any promotions or discounts that can be applied. Even though both my job and my residence moved 40 minutes away I still make the drive here. They always remember me and are always efficient, kind, and provide superior service. 5 stars guys, couldn't be happier!
