I have been going to Marc for the longest time since we had our Camry 2005 when it came to oil change. Very honest people and super friendly. They're also very patient with you when you have questions. They will visually teach you why the prices are there and what they need to do. Marc was super nice to teach me why my mom's car had to cost more than mines because of a different type of filter. We don't know much about cars, but it was so nice of them to tell us why. It is a walk-in only, but what's nice is that you have the shopping mall right across the street to dine, shop, and hang out until the car is ready. Great location! Thank you for the long term service!

Came here for an oil change, the yelp reviews swayed me and it's down the street from my work. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Marc still serviced my car. Thank you! He also took a look at my car. Great customer service over all, he was nice and came off as an honest mechanic. I will definitely be coming back for other services.

They took care of my evap leak and didn't charge another fee when I brought it back in after the first attempt didn't take and the check engine light came back. Shop does get a little busy, but they get the job done.

Quick, reasonable price for a synthetic oil change - and they checked around 25 items and filled up my washer fluid, which I kept trying to remember to do myself. Very satisfied! Way better than those shyster oil change stations where they charge you a fortune and then try to sell you 19 other things you don't need.

Quality Tune Up & Car Care Center has been my go-to car maintenance stop whenever I'm back in the Bay Area. I brought my car in on a Saturday (one of their busiest days) needing a Smog Check and an Oil Change and as always, they did their best in getting everything done within the hour since I'd be waiting. Their efficiency and service has been better than any other shop in the area. Thanks guys!

I didn't consider myself a gambler until I actually looked in to the credentials of other "general car care" centers. My other two roommates recommended Quality car care center off Winchester that has professionals who know what they are doing plus Marc loves our dog. I do not have a lot of cash and I know Marc and his crew are going to give me a fair price plus make me feel comfortable knowing I will not have further issues with my car once I leave.

I've been here a good 5/6 times now and I have to have a bad experience. Straight shooters and get the work done quickly. Going here for everything.

Came here a few days ago to get my oil changed. I called beforehand because I had gone to a different shop before and they couldn't change my oil because my car was too low to the ground and I wanted to ask if they could do it. Marc was the guy who helped me out with all my questions and did a great job. I can't thank him enough I'll definitely be coming back.

I love this place. I always bring both my cars here when they need any normal servicing (oils changes, tire rotation...). They're very quick and have reasonable prices. The manager, Zack is very honest and won't try to sell you stuff you don't need.
