My car needed some work done because my A/C was not working, Within a couple hours, they had them done no issues, And they quote they gave me initially, Oh, afraid of changes just like anywhere else, Surprisingly, I don’t have to pay extra. And I really appreciate it. Not many people are transparent, especially on the automobile business. Thank you, everyone. Who needs some work done on their cars. I will recommend everyone of my neighbors to come here. I know for a fact that I’m going back😀

Sierra Way, Milpitas location. I had to take my RAV 4 back the next day, after an oil change, to have the oily hand prints cleaned off the drivers side door, door handle, hood, and inside the vehicle. The manager (no name on shirt) wiped off the marks and said "sorry". I'm not sure how many cars their mechanics "dirty up" a day changing fluids but I doubt mine was the only one. In my mind, at this particular location, management seems lax and rather ambivalent..

My car needed a new fuel tank. Quality Car Care told me they would not install a used one. I ordered a used one and had it delivered to Kurt's auto who installed it in half a day. Quality Car Care wouldn't do the work but recommended someone who eventually did it.
