They were quick and efficient, and they were so friendly and informative! Marc is the one who worked on my car when i went in for an oil change and he was awesome! The customer service was just perfect and they didn't charge a whole ton of money like Jiffy Lube does. I am 100% happy I went and this will be my go to place from here on out.

I needed a smog on a car I was registering. Called Mike from the DMV, and he fit me in right in, did a thorough job, and in the time he promised. Even though the car failed smog(not really surprising...), he identified the two areas that needed fixing. I told him it was a project car for my son and I, and instead of trying to upsell, he offered some advice/direction and said to call him if I needed. He also reminded me that the retest was free. First time customer, won't be my last.

I brought a car here recently for a pre-purchase inspection and was SO HAPPY I did! I was able to schedule a same day appointment, the price was really fair, and the guys in the shop were professional and friendly. They welcomed me to watch the inspection and ask questions. Fortunately, they found that the car was in great condition, and recommended purchasing it. I felt confident in their inspection and bought it (from Pride Motors on Stevens Creek Blvd). When I recently took it to my regular mechanic in SF, he agreed with their assessment. Thank you for your help!
