This place is amazing. Loved the customer service! I would recommend this place to all my friends. A little pricey but worth the money 100% quality care and great service what more can u ask for!!! Doesn't add things to the car, recommends what would be best for you. And will refer you out if needed. Check it out!!! You won't regret it.

Excellent. Stopped in at lunchtime to see if I could get a smog check even though I didn't have an appointment. They said yes. Santana Row is across the street so I got lunch and they were finished by the time I got back.

I have been coming to Quality Tune-Up & Car Care Center #7 for over a year and refuse to take my cars anywhere else! The quality of work is top notch and the customer service is great as well. It's been such a relief to have such a reliable and trustworthy place to have my cars serviced and worked on. Not only do they provide quality work but they have also shown me the damaged parts before changing and/or fixing them. I highly recommend Quality Tune-Up and appreciate the owner Jim's diligence in providing top-notch quality in service and mechanics.

I came in with my 2ton truck and when everyone else turned me away these guys went above and beyond what I expected to make sure my tire was repaired and never gave up till it was fixed. I told them America's tire turned me away and that's a tire shop! Thanks guys for helping me and fixing my tire!!

I have been coming here for almost 15 years and they have never done me wrong. I usually come in for oil changes and regular maintenance stuff and they always go the extra mile - check my tires look at the over all condition of my car and what he thinks. They're prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the service is usually pretty fast. I've brought all my cars here as well as my dads cars. I will never go anywhere else!

The people who work here are super professional and nice. It is a little more expensive than other places I go to for an oil change when you bring your own oil + filter. Other places charge $20 but this place charges $35. But I didn't have to wait (maybe because people go to the cheaper places). The lot is big and easy to park in lot. The place is super clean and they provide you with free bottle water if you want. You can watch price is right on their tv inside. They put one of those paper things over your dirty car mats because they don't want to get their shoes dirty (wait, switch that). For my prius, they didn't just dump the whole 5 quarts into the engine like some places do. Small difference but at least they are paying attention to details. The only thing they don't do is replace the washer in the drain plug. Which my favoriate mechanic always tells me should be done. But as long as it doesn't leak I'm fine w/ it. When I asked he was honest about it and said they don't do that because they have different washers than what I had. I bet if I buy some washers and bring it they will change it without any issues. They also check your tire pressure one tire at the time so they don't lose your tire caps like the other place did. Overall it is $15 more but whatevers it is close to my work. Plus it is next to a very good Pho place. They also ask for all your information to put in their database. They ask for your name, phone number, address, and email. When they got to email I just said I didn't have one because I didn't want to tell him my email was sexyAZNguy69 @ hotmail. (j/k)
