This shop is a five star rate in my opinion. The courtesy and professionalizm of the manager and the mechanic are great. They explain everything why the service is needed. I had to replace my shock for my Odyssey van because it shaking really bad and now that safety worries while driving is gone. Thank you to Quality Shop, I will definitely be a repeat customer again and again.

I needed a smog check in order to register my car. I happened to be in the Santana Row area and spotted Quality Tune-Up Car Care Center. They got me in quickly and completed to smog check quickly as well. The staff were very busy but made sure the check took place without rushing.
