I was coming to San Jose from Oakland and Honda was closed due to Covid-19. I found this location on Yelp and I am glad I did. I called and spoke with Marc who was extremely polite and professional. He told me he could take my vehicle the same day and when I arrived he was just as pleasant. My car was serviced in a timely manner and the price was fair. Although I do not live in San Jose I am in this area often. I definitely would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to be serviced. Thank you Marc for providing such excellent service and your wonderful smile.

marc and the rest of the crew at quality did an amazing job on our 97 lexus. had our car in and out in just a couple hours for a must cheaper cost than quoted at toyota in mt view. very good work and very friendly people. 5/5

I’m not from the area and I just moved here and I wasn’t sure where to take my car. They are always friendly and always reliable. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. These guys are truthful and won’t try and rip you off. Highly recommend to go here and keep going. Your car will be in good hands.
