I was having trouble with my car regarding the check engine light and my car passing smog. Victor and his crew were more than willing to take in my car on such short notice. They were even able to fix my car that same day! They had a quick drop off of the part they needed to change and installed everything in a timely manner. They were so nice and so helpful! They even offered to do a follow up smog test for me so that they check their work. Even though I had taken my car to another place for smog (where it failed and they asked me to come back), Quality tune up offered to waived the price of smog if I showed the proof of payment from the other test. The following day I brought my car in after have driven for at least forty miles and they only charged me for the smog certificate. My car passed and is now running smoothly! It's my second visit here for an oil change, and I'm very pleased with the service. After paying for my service, the guys noticed my back lights were out. Victor was so kind to offer light bulb replacement complimentary. I can tell they take pride in their work by how they above and beyond to please their customers. Many of the technicians have been with this company for over a decade, so they are passionate about their work. This is a great place to get any aspect of your automobile fixed, believe me I know. I have run the full gamut with these guys. I have had Mike, Le and the rest of guys work on all different mechanics elements. I've had them fix on two different vehicles, everything from AC & AC Compressor (medium size job), Heater, Intake Manifold Gasket (big job), Timing Belt & Water Pump(another big job), Brake Lines, Rotors, Brakes, Clutch Kit & Flywheel (yet another big job), Smog, Oil Changes and a dozen other countless other repairs & tasks. Mike has been pretty great the whole time. Yes, it cost money to get you're vehicle worked on properly, with lots of experience and care from a qualified technician and with good customer care and communication along the way. Yet these guys have excelled during all these repairs. Rarely have I had to come back and have then correct anything after big job was done. All in all, this place is a great shop to get literally anything repaired or fixed properly on any new or older vehicle. Take it from me, I have the invoices to back it up and it did hurt my bank account along the way but I saved a lot of money and time and stress not working with dealerships or other independent mechanic shops. Quality cost and Qualtiy Tune Up is a affordable choice to get your vehicle fixed by very well experienced and friendly technicians.

Something went wrong with my car, a 1999 Toyota C.. I had to tow it. The dude said it's my starter and it cost me $502 for labor taxes and parts.

I like this place. It's close to my house and they did a great job on my car and offered a good price. The manager Mike is also very nice. They also blew the leaves out from under the hood :)
