After reading all the awesome reviews, I decided to give this place a try as my car was in need of an oil change and also a quick check up. When I called in, Marc was able to accommodate me right away to do these service same day as soon as I got off from work. Being in that I work in the retail environment I was blown away by how friendly the staff is and quality of work they put into things. Within an hour my car was up to date with it's oil, was checked through it's components, and found my air filter was in pretty bad shape and in need of replacement. The pricing on these services was definitely better than most places I had called in earlier to get estimates. Overall, I would highly recommend this business for any tune-up needs and will definitely be coming back for future maintenances!

They do quality work at a fair price are courteous friendly and prompt, it took time to help me through the process I even forgot to leave my key to the door and got locked out and one of the guys who work there was able to crawl through the window and get us back in very much appreciated

I have called the location to make sure that my vehicle needs are met at a certain time. A gentleman answered the and politely asked if I can be put on hold. As soon as he was ready to speak, he told me that they'd be able to take my car in for a smog check for $68.20. That's quite an increase from $45. I have informed the gentleman that I am a returning customer referred by a Honda specialist, and I remember paying $40-45. My vehicle is not even older than 2010. He just said, "well there's an increase from two years ago." I remember loving my entire experience here two years ago... the customer service of the gentleman at the desk, the price, and most importantly the speed of the service. There's probably 5-10 more smog places within 2 mile radius that are cheaper, and it didn't take long for me to find one. I had my smog check done in this location. This was recommended by a HONDA SERVICE SPECIALIST, and I can easily say that they deserve more stars than they actually have. The young gentleman at the front desk is VERY POLITE and HELPFUL. The price is fair and the service is a lot faster than I was told! Will definitely recommend!

The first time I came here to get my oil change I was greeted with a heartwarming smile! My dad always came here & I decided to as well. They are very knowledgeable and do not push unnecessary services for your car! Very honest and very kind, even the men working on the cars themselves are kind! Prices are amazing compared to places like Jiffylube (their customer service was awful and they overcharge for a simple job!!) I highly suggest Quality Car Care Center!

I'm updating my review to five stars. My wife had an excellent experience with her smog check. They were professional, courteous, helpful and timely. We recommend this place. They did a nice job. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the line moves really slowly to get your car checked in. Other than that, they were efficient, professional and thorough. I got my smog certificate here.

First time here. Stopped in last minute to fix ANOTHER flat tire . Even though it was almost closing time, guys were awesome, and I was safely back on the toad in no time. Mark even gave me a teacher discount! Thanks guys! I'll be back

After my last unsatisfactory visit to a chain Oil Change operation I searched Yelp reviews and came upon this business. After reading many positive reviews I decided to call. Marc pleasantly answered the phone, all of my questions and then some... all useful information. I told him I wanted to come over in the next 5 minutes and he said "bring it over!" I arrived less than 10 minutes later and was greeted by Marc right away. Marc and Joe took our vehicle, explained everything they were doing and never once did I feel pressured into any extra services. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I chose full synthetic and he offered a coupon. This shop will definitely be our go to for now on. Thank you Marc and Joe for you fast, efficient and friendly service!
