Mark remindes me of my dad. Old school when a handshake meant something and your word was good enough. My Dad had his own shop till Bart came to Sunnyvales Moffitt field and bought him out . I worked there during the summer most of my youth and learned allot Abought cars and life in general. I send my wife and daughter to mark and all who need a good mechanic I know he will take good care of all I have never have a problem with quopons And The filter has never been included with a oil change. U can get a car wash and a burrito next to the shop while you are there. JimG

I brought my car here without an appointment but they helped me out right away. The manager Jimmy was very nice, he gave me a good price to replace my water pump. Very good service. Highly recommended.

I was having trouble with my car regarding the check engine light and my car passing smog. Victor and his crew were more than willing to take in my car on such short notice. They were even able to fix my car that same day! They had a quick drop off of the part they needed to change and installed everything in a timely manner. They were so nice and so helpful! They even offered to do a follow up smog test for me so that they check their work. Even though I had taken my car to another place for smog (where it failed and they asked me to come back), Quality tune up offered to waived the price of smog if I showed the proof of payment from the other test. The following day I brought my car in after have driven for at least forty miles and they only charged me for the smog certificate. My car passed and is now running smoothly! Victor was so kind to offer light bulb replacement complimentary. I can tell they take pride in their work by how they above and beyond to please their customers. This is a great place to get any aspect of your automobile fixed, believe me I know. I have run the full gamut with these guys. I have had Mike, Le and the rest of guys work on all different mechanics elements. I've had them fix on two different vehicles, everything from AC & AC Compressor (medium size job), Heater, Intake Manifold Gasket (big job), Timing Belt & Water Pump(another big job), Brake Lines, Rotors, Brakes, Clutch Kit & Flywheel (yet another big job), Smog, Oil Changes and a dozen other countless other repairs & tasks. Mike has been pretty great the whole time. Yes, it cost money to get you're vehicle worked on properly, with lots of experience and care from a qualified technician and with good customer care and communication along the way. Yet these guys have excelled during all these repairs. Rarely have I had to come back and have then correct anything after big job was done. All in all, this place is a great shop to get literally anything repaired or fixed properly on any new or older vehicle. Take it from me, I have the invoices to back it up and it did hurt my bank account along the way but I saved a lot of money and time and stress not working with dealerships or other independent mechanic shops.
