While the service provided was fast, efficient and moderately priced I found the initial desk/sale’s professionalism lacking. A proper greeting helps build confidence in the overall experience, yet there was little interaction between the sales associate and myself. The tone and inflection involved in our interaction felt as though the associate did not desire to be there or that customers were welcome. It may have been an off day for the employee as we all experience them. Hopefully future dealings with this place of business will result in better initial service.
