I got there before 8am. There was a place to sit in the waiting room. They checked the brakes at my request, and about 10am said they needed replacing. I sat for 9 hours while the oil change, air filter, coolant change, and brake work was done.

So unreliable. The place says it opens at 9am. Called and they told me to come at 9:30am. I came at that time and they tell me the guy who does Smog doesn't come until 10 or 10:30 am... Unprofessional.
