Mark always goes above and beyond what my car's immediate needs are just to be sure my vehicle is in good running condition. When I call with a problem he tells me just to come on in and they will check it out. No waiting for an appointment 2 weeks later like with dealerships. I saw several people at his business that appeared to be long-time customers and Mark greeted them like they were family. He's my "go to" guy for sure.

Dropped off my car for diagnosis noise. Replaced couple of thing in reasonable price and picked up my car by the end of the day. One thing I like is they communicate with customer for what it need to be fix and not trying to sell unnecessary service to customers. I strongly recommend Quality Tune Up @ Milpitas and will come back for auto service in the future.
