Not satisfied. They said they couldn't Smog my truck but charged me 75.00 for a Timing adjustment. Didn't explain why they couldn't do Smog.

Called in early in the morning, and they had availability. Went in for an engine oil change and smog check. Harpreet who was managing the front was welcoming and very helpful. There were quite a few guests coming in and out during my wait time, and he kept everyone up-to-date and was attentive when they came in. I stayed in the guest waiting area while my car was being serviced - about 1.5 hours. Wifi was provided. Will be back in the future, and glad to finally find a local car care center that I had a pleasant experience with. Thank you!

I have been going to Santana Row Quality Tineup for over 10 years and my mechanic is still working on my car 🚘. He always alerts me when my upcoming services are due, when to rotate my tires, then follows up with email or text alerts of pending service times. I am very happy with the work done on my car.
