First time going there. We really appreciate Mike since he is who we dealt with. They were prompt and great customer service. He knew what he was doing and explain everything. Car has been driving like new since I got it back. I will not go anywhere else now. I will be referring friends and family for sure. This is the shop on Blossom Hill and Snell. I was waiting on smog check around one and half hour.
Luanxe, We're sorry you had to wait for your smog check. We always give you an estimated wait time when you sign up for services. We only do smog checks on a first in, first out basis because we are a busy location that performs many smog checks per day. We usually have two smog technicians on duty during our busier times.
