Still Professional, polite, efficient, and fast. Easiest smog check service experience I have had. Opened shop on time 8:00 am on a Friday morning and took care of business. Dropped off vehicle and waited as vehicle was serviced. So convenient and pleasant atmosphere!. Thank You for making my Friday morning a pleasant one again. I appreciate the customer service. Julio

Came in for an oil change and really appreciated both the level of service and the quick turnaround. Never felt like I was trying to be sold on any additional items, even with the call out of my brakes needing work. I had a future appointment to get the brakes fixed at another shop, but the service level was so much better here that I have decided to have it now done at Quality Tune-Up.
Patrick, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. We hate pushy sales guys too! We try to educate our customers about their vehicle's needs either based on mileage and/or condition of the items. We will show you what we are seeing and why we are recommending that item/service. We also try to prioritize your vehicle's needs to fit your budget. Our goal is to help you keep your vehicle on the road as long as you want it to. We're here for you next time you need us.
