Mike is the Winston Wolf of auto mechanics. Cool as the other side of the pillow and solves problems. He and the crew sorted my brakes a few months back. Faulty part and they started acting strange. I come in only 4 hours before closing with a 400 mile drive ahead of me the next morning. He replaced the part that was at issue, and replaced parts I didn't even ask for or know were a problem at NO CHARGE. Mike doesn't know this yet but he's now The Godfather of my Dachshund. But the whole crew at this location are trustworthy and polite and appreciated. I would trust Quality Car Care Center to housesit for me, or hold my baby if I got in a fight. Or come up with a rock solid alibi for my Mrs about where I've been all night. Until I either move out of town or they can finally connect my DNA evidence to a series of unsolved "events" from the early 2000s, I'll keep coming back.

I dropped my car off after my check engine light had several codes that came up. They replaced the camshaft sensor...$700. I picked it up with a bad engine knock, which they assured me was a separate issue (it wasn't), and my check engine light came back within 2 miles on the way home, so I dropped it off the next day. They replaced my spark plugs (which were already brand new) and coil packs... $800. Within 10 miles I had my check engine back on, and this time with 7 faults. All the same ones, and some new ones! I did a quick Google search of the codes, and turns out this is a fairly common issue with my engine, and has nothing to do with anything they touched. I took it to another shop who immediately knew what the problem was. While the staff was fairly nice, I'm out $1500 due to their incompetence, and would not recommend going here for anything more than very basic needs.
