Took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in when my check engine light came on. I had called a couple of other shops including the dealership who couldn’t look at it until next month and I couldn’t wait that long. I found Mikes shop through word of mouth and reviews online. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Surprisingly they called me a couple of hours later with a diagnosis and explained what needed to be fixed as well as price. My car was ready for pick up that same day. I loved that there was no pressure to add on this service or that service. They did what was needed at this time and the final cost was what I was told it would be. Very good communication. Since my experience was so good I decided to have them look at my sons 2004 Mazda since it also had check engine light on. It too was quickly diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable cost. I’m really glad I went with this shop and will continue to use them for any future work. Hopefully we won’t need to go back to soon 😂
