I came on 》Friday June 7th of "2024" Late afternoon to have a Transmission Flush for my old Humble Car 》2002 Toyota Camry LE. That has a High Millage of Over 204,929 Miles. And the person who help me Was one of the Franchise Executives from the Corporate Office 》Mr, Mike Gattis 😇 He Receive me, And gave me an Excellent HAPPY...HAPPY EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONAL Customer Service. And I was very pleased. Anyway !! 👀 I Requested to have a Transmission Flush. And he give me a GOOD PRICE, AND I APTCETED AND I APPRECIATED AS WELL !! He started and perform in a very humble way by conducting his team members to do this today Asap job for my Old humble Car. And He Finished in a very efficient manner in very short time. And I will come back for future Car Services as needed. They didn’t have an option for half synthetic for an oil change, so they charged extra for a quart of high mileage oil, not going back.

15 minutes before they opened at 8am on a Friday and I was the 3rd person in line. 1st person in for oil change, second person in for smog check. I was in for an oil change. The receptionist/ coordinator was the only one who showed up on time. Every other tech got in staggered in late. Oil change process: My car went from the parking lot back to parking lot in 35 minutes. Whole process from check in to paying and leaving took 1hr 20min.
