Getting older and becoming more taciturn, I shy away from reviews. 10/5 on how awesome, honest, caring and the professionalism I had the pleasure of witnessing towards another elderly customer. -Actions. Speaks so loud! Duty. Even though no profitable transaction was had, Mike found and brought her car around on this semi wet day. (Mind you, not a normal expected service) -Care. Debra's care, patience and kindness shone through with the explanation of misunderstood "service needed" advert. from the elder. Very informative explanation and what to expect was given, so the elder could understand. -Spirit. Kind and piercing words was the value of my transaction. Thank you Debra.
