Yes 5 stars!! I am a business owner that recently moved into the San jose area. My work truck, which is my livelihood. Started to act funny and gave me the speed wobbles. I couldn't drive 80 miles a day safely to my jobs. So I had to looked for local mechanics with good ratings!! Like anyone would do in this time of penny pinching. I found Quality car care down the street from my new home on Bascom and Camden. I drove past it plenty of times to my jobs. So with their good reviews, that next morning I went to their shop. I told them what was going on with my work truck. Cheema was busy, but his (what looked like) head of staff said, "It would take a 1hr or 2hrs to complete. With their rate at $150 an hour." (Cause I bought my own parts and brought them in to be changed) That hourly price is still $30 to $60 cheaper than other local mechanics. That say they are so called professionals. So I trusted them, since I needed my livelihood as soon as possible back to me. They told me that they would finish it that day. To my surprise at 2:30pm I get a call from their shop saying it's ready. So I show up, waiting to hear that it took 3hrs or 5hrs. NOOOOOO, they asked for $300 only. So the 2hrs they said it would take. As with it being done hours before their closing. I was amazed and had to write this recommendation for anyone else who is actually looking for TRUE professionals who are reliable and honest mechanics. If I could, I would buy stocks in just this establishment on Bascom and Camden. I praise Cheema and his staff for the outstanding work.
