Service was fantastic. I was quoted 45 min for completion and got a call 15 minutes later that it was all done and ready. First thought was it got confused with another car or failed. It was my car and had passed. I recommend Quality to all my friends.

Just bought a used car and didn’t know how to check the oil! Called them 15 minutes early was able to go inside and have them help me do it without any charge, they are the best and most genuine people this is so helpful for a broke student like me. RED FLAG! DO NOT bring your car here. It is my duty to let you know after costed me $1500 lesson. Here is the reason. My daughter’s car has been servicing at the Honda dealer for a while. The last time we had the service the dealer was about a month or two ago regarding to the EVAP system. The dealer checked everything else and nothing needs to attention or fix. The car was due for oil change last week, then my daughter want to bring her car to this place to do oil change since it is very close to our place (walking distance & convenient), I thought would be using this place for future car repairs since it is so convenient. After the oil change my daughter said her car keeps showing Check Charging System indicator. It seems odd that alternate failed after oil changed, so I decided to bring back to car to dealer (instead of this place). The problem is drive belt was poked a hole, caused alternator, then caused the battery dead. The bell is still very good condition, no worn out sign, but you can see through a hole. What would likely cause a good condition drive belt has a hole? I thought to give this business a chance by bring my car to this place which costed me $1500 lesson to fix the drive belt, alternator, and the battery at the dealer. So, I want to warm others to think twice before bring your car to this Quality Repair place.
