Sierra Way, Milpitas location. I had to take my RAV 4 back the next day, after an oil change, to have the oily hand prints cleaned off the drivers side door, door handle, hood, and inside the vehicle. The manager (no name on shirt) wiped off the marks and said "sorry". I'm not sure how many cars their mechanics "dirty up" a day changing fluids but I doubt mine was the only one. In my mind, at this particular location, management seems lax and rather ambivalent..
