I have come to quality car center for years and have brought all 4 of my vehicles. Trust me I am beyond picky where I take my cars and have not returned at a few places. With quality, I have never had any unpleasant experience and the team has always been honest with me if they could or couldn't fix something. I believe people need to read what this company's services are before assuming they can fix all of their needs. You don't go to a grocery store to buy auto oil. The team here has been the most friendly, professional and kind people I've ever dealt with and I don't even know them personally, even though now it feels like I do. There will always be haters in the world and people you cannot please. There is always two sides to every story. You can always hide behind bs that you write because lies are easier that way. It saddens me to see any complaint written because they truly are wonderful place and I will continue to return my vehicles. ATT service!

Went in for an oil change. Service was very fast and friendly. The staff was very prompt and the owner was so nice!! I had other issues with my car and they took the time to show me what was wrong and explained everything. I highly recommend this place! A+++

This place is always great. It's a hassle to get an oil change anywhere, but the customer service here is so amazing, I don't mind. Zack greeted me by name when I pulled up by typing in my license plate and got took care of me, even offering advice on services they don't do. Definitely recommend this place! Don't forget to stop by fosters freeze next door for a quick bite while you wait.

Harpreet and Mike were so helpful. They took me in on such short notice on Christmas Eve for an oil change. The service was very fast and they gave me honest pricing for my vehicle and oil type. Much appreciated.

Walked in 1.5 hours before closing and QTUCCC got us in for and oil change and SMOG test. Excellent customer service thanks to Harpreet. We will be back regularly for oil changes.
