My sister and I took our cars in for oil changes and to check on the off again on again engine light issues(both Nissan's). Thanks to Mr Cheema for addressing our concerns, excellent customer service and getting my rear brakes done. Nissan told me the squeaking in my brakes was a "glitch" and they never felt quite right . Well no squeaking and brakes working better than they ever have. Went here years ago with our Toyota and will now be our go to mechanic.
I want to a big "THANK YOU" to Suki and the staff of Quality Tune Up Car Care Center of taking really good care of my car in the past 4 years. They fixed all my problems and at the same time keep the price affordable. The reason I gave only 4 stars out of 5 is on a few occasions I asked: "How did you fix it?" or "What was the fix to the problem". Suki's brother became either really defensive or sarcastic with his answers. He seemed as if I have just insulted him. I think perhaps there is a cultural difference here. I asked such questions because I am a tinkerer and I want to learn more about cars - I want to learn how things work. I do not have any doubts about their quality of their work or what was involved to fix the issue. Moreover, a conversation between the mechanics and his customers can be considered as just a social exchange to pass the time. Otherwise, it's always going to be: "Here's your key","Sign the receipt", "Thank you", "Bye!". I hope he will understand that.
Came in for a quick oil change. Friendly and fast. The mechanic was also friendly to an elderly person and didn't charge him for working on a tire leak. Instead, the mechanic referred the customer to a tire repair specialist.
I gave these guys a nightmare of a job to do and they came through for me. 2004 Mazda 6s Alternator replacement. I usually do my own mechanic work but this one was a horribly difficult task due to transverse engine and "fantastic"(sarcasm) engineer design & placement of the alternator in the engine bay with no clearance anywhere around it to remove/reinstall it. I knew this task would be horrible and I warned them prior to starting the job. They agreed to get it done for me by next day, they succeeded and did one better, they stayed beyond closing time and double teamed the job so they could get it back to me the SAME DAY! Now I don't know about you but I call that EXCELLENT customer service and EFFORT on their part to adhere to the gentlemen's agreement we made. I will surely give them my business again when the task is too large, frustrating or beyond my personal mechanic skills from now on. THANK YOU for your hard work and time.
