This has been my go to place for a very long time. My "new" car is no longer as new as she used to be. Instead of driving to VW I gave these guys a chance. They over delivered in customer care and support and promptly repaired my water pump n things to get me going within a 24 hour period. I paid a fraction of what I would have at VW. Thumbs up to small business and supporting our neighborhoods they go above and beyond. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and complete repairs in a timely manner.

These people are the best at finding what is wrong with your car. My car kept dying and I had gone to 2 different shops spent 800$ and I still had the same problem. Then my friend recommended this shop to me these guys found the problem in 15 minutes and it cost only 150 dollars. These people are great I love it I highly recommend this shop.

I have been going to this shop for a few years now for different repairs on my older Acura. They have always been great. When they said how long a repair would take they were always on time or early. I needed a window motor repair I got a quote from dealership and they saved me about 30% on this repair. I just got brakes done there today they noticed a nail in the tire and just took care of it saying they want satisfied customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great service, courteous, good price, honest.

We've been going here for years. Honest, friendly and convenient, usually no appointment needed. They're always willing to explain repairs and let us know what's necessary and what can be put off.

I am giving them 5 stars because of how good they worked on my car and took care of it. Not only that they work very fast and very efficient. Their waiting room is very clean. Also their is a KFC and Wing Stop right next to their shop so if ur car needs something done on it that will take some time you can just go ahead and walk and go eat. The guys working here are very nice and take care of your care very well. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Fast and Affordable, Make sure to call in if you have any questions about the current wait time (no appointments), or cost of your service. I brought my brake parts in and they got me in and out in 1.5 hours.

First thing is they are very well managed. Which makes things run smooth for me and the customers who don't want to wait don't have to wait till 4 or 5 hours for an oil change, price range can vary from top of the line to and what you feel is affordable they will help you work it out. I have a Nissan Altima yr2000 and every time I come to Q.T.P. I feel confident when I bring my car in. they treat your with respect and your car. They are honest and will tell you the truth about what's wrong with your car. Like I said me and my family have going there for over 18yr they are real truthful legit mechanics that will be more than willing to take care of your car. BEST IN CAMBRIAN PARK

So my "New" car is not as new as she used to be. Did I mention that all the warranties have gracefully met their expiration dates? My coolant light went on when I was headed to work. Instead of having "Grace" towed to VW I drove here. This was my mechanic for a few of my older cars and they were close. They did not disappoint. They over delivered in customer care and support and promptly repaired my water pump "n thangs" to get me going within a 24 hour period. I paid a fraction of what I would have at VW. (Yes, I called VW for a quote) Thumbs up to small businesses and supporting our neighborhoods they go above and beyond. It is very difficult to find this type of establishment in this area these days. I would give them more *s if I could.
