I had to get my car smog certificate for my DMV vehicle registration, so went to Quality Tune Up on S. Bascom in San Jose and they couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I only waited 14 minutes from start to finish and a very nice young man helped me at the counter and was very efficient and friendly. I got the idea it was a family owned business, but I'm not positive. I was also able to use a coupon for the smog certification. Great deal all around! I would go back there in a second without any hesitation!

His customer service has greatly improved at the addition of the new staff member. They are very sweet and quick. They have high quality parts to. I would never go to another shop again. I reccomend this shop to everyone who wants high quality parts.

I usually come in for oil changes and regular maintenance stuff and they always go the extra mile - check my tires look at the over all condition of my car and what he thinks. They're prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and the service is usually pretty fast. I've brought all my cars here as well as my dads cars. I will never go anywhere else

I came in with my 2ton truck and when everyone else turned me away these guys went above and beyond what I expected to make sure my tire was repaired and never gave up till it was fixed. I told them America's tire turned me away and that's a tire shop! Thanks guys for helping me and fixing my tire!!
