I went there for a quick maintenance. Marc is straight forward and just told me I need this this (like filter and oil change) and no need to do anything else. It took about 30 minutes. So far so good!

I came for an oil change without an appointment. So fast!! Only 35 min vs 1-4hrs at other places. Marc was super nice, explained all they had to do and later showed me my nasty cabin filter. I figured it was totally worth getting it replaced at the same time (also Marc kindly gave me a discount) because let's face it... I AM A LAZY PERSON and would otherwise put it off and breathe foul air until the end of time. Will return!

Amazing service. Michael at O'Reilly Auto recommended Marc at Quality when my alternator failed inspection. Marc had my car done quickly and for the amount quoted. He was friendly and professional. It's good to know I have a auto shop near my work I can trust.

Simply the best place to take your vehicle in for oil changes! Not only do they offer walk in service, reasonable prices, offer free fluid/ filter/ tire checks, have super quick turnaround service, but they are conveniently located across the street from Santana Row--ideal spot to order food or shop while your car is being serviced. I plan to continue taking my car for routine maintenance at Quality Tune Up!
