I came in for a smog on my car. Mark is a very nice and polite person. There was another car being service so Mike said it would be about 45 minutes. I went over to Santa Row for a coffee and walked around for a bit. He called me and said my car was done!!! Easy Peasy! Thanks Mark!

I got great service from Marc! I went in for an oil change on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. I brought a special synthetic oil and a special filter with me and asked if he would use those instead of the stock materials. He was happy to do so and actually let the old dirty oil drain out for extra long to ensure the I get the most out of my new oil. Awesome! I'll go again!

I will absolutely use Quality Tune Up again. Marc was prompt, courteous and professional. I was in and out well within the promised timeframe. Great service, great work!

This review is long overdue. I came here at the recommendation by a friend when a local oil change place messed up my car but wouldn't fix it. The mechanics here knew right away that it was the oil filter which turned out to have been put in upside down by the other place. They fixed for me right away and were VERY reasonable in what they charged me. My family has used them ever since for oil changes, smog check, and tune-up. They are very professional, great customer service, and very HONEST! I was having trouble with my car not accelerating and assumed it was going to cost a fortune. The great guys here took it on a test drive and discovered that it was my rubber floor mat had rolled up under the accelerator pedal, keeping it from going all the way down. So embarrassing, but they could have told me anything and charged a fortune. Instead they were honest and sent me on my way at no cost. Won't go anywhere else!

Good service. I did oil change and transmission fluid there. They patiently explained me why I need to change transmission fluid and how their way of changing it is different from others. Once them get done, the car drives good. Turning/braking/accelerating are very smooth.

My husband Sean was on a business trip to San Jose & he needed oil change before he came back to LA. So he found the Quality Car Care Center, the gentleman who took care of his car was Marc, Sean was very impressed for the service he got from him, he was very friendly & professional n did an awesome job!!! SUPER HONEST AND KIND MECHANICS! My Moms old Honda Accord had a coolant leak and I couldn't tell if it was just a hose or the radiator itself. We took it to another shop down the street who told us we need a new radiator and it would be some outrageous amount of money. We took it here and they said the radiator looks good and while I was on the phone they surprised me with "Your car is done. It was just a lose hose". It's hard to find trustworthy who aren't just trying to make an extra buck off everyone and these guys proved to be trustworthy. They were also recommended by my Bingo obsessed neighbor. I now trust all bingo player for a good suggestion. I'll DEFINITELY be coming back to these guys. They made my Mom extremely happy so I'm happy.
