Overall service was great! Marc helped me out the two times I went and, both times, provided me with good and honest advice regarding the maintenance of my car. I had my transmission fluid changed, alternator belt, air filter, and oil changed in a timely manner.

I was there this afternoon (07/10/18), without any appointment, to have my car checked. With the help of Marc and Le, they found out that my car's battery has a serious problem and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. No issue was observed in the alternator. Their diagnostic findings did not cost me a dime. They said, they did not do anything and i don't have to pay. They only evaluated the whole situation and nothing else. They were very friendly, honest, polite and helpful. Their professionalism was great! With the experience that I had with these guys, and the excellent service that I got, I will not hesitate to come back to this car care center in the future and would even recommend to my friends and colleagues to have their vehicles service here. Mike and team are the best when it comes to taking care of your car. They are always ethical and reasonable with their estimates. I have been going to them for more than 15 years.

Have been coming here for few years now and always very happy with the service! People here are nice and honest and price is very reasonable. Most recently went in for a synthetic oil change and a tire rotation and was helped by Marc. Marc is very good telling us what to expect and performed the work quickly and thoroughly before the promised time. Will for sure keep coming back and glad to find a go -to shop in the neighborhood!

I went to Quality Tun Up for my smog test and Marc gave me the best service EVER. He's extremely friendly, funny, and helpful. Very considerate. Great location too. Had lunch at a sushi restaurant nearby and watch the world cup, then came back and it's all done.

Best place ever in San Jose. These guys are super friendly and they really take care of car while you come there with any issue. I came there today my second time to change oil with my own oil and been served super fast. They charge $30/35 if you come with your own oil and filter ( i always prefer my own oil from mobile ) . While they change oil they checked everything from windshield water to my tire pressure and refilled everything. This is honest review ! Good job Guys ! Will definitely be back .
