I needed an immediate oil change after my cross country road trip from Pennsylvania. The attendant (Marc, I think) asked if I needed anything else looked at, and I mentioned that my brakes have been acting wonky for awhile. When I picked it up after the oil change, the attendant showed me that my fluids were way past the expiration dates by explaining and showing me the colors (what my fluids were and what they were supposed to look like). I went home and did my own internet research, which reinforced what he had told me. I took in my car the next day for a transmission fluid and brake fluid change. My brakes were back to normal, and my AC was working flawlessly when I picked it up. I've taken my car to many different auto service centers and no one had ever pointed out my fluids before. They would comment that I had enough fluid in my car, but nothing about the color and age. Maybe this is something every car owner should know, but I certainly did not. Thanks Quality Car Care!

Had a great experience with marc. I would recommend getting your service done by Marc. He was nice and friendly. Explained all the problems or what kind of things that I need to be aware to maintain the vehicle. I went there right before closing but he happily took a look at my car.

Marc and Mike and the whole crew at the Quality Tune Up Shop on Winchester Ave. are excellent auto care experts. I drive the extra distance from Los Altos and bring all my vehicles to them for service! I always trust their knowledge and advice. With regular maintenance they have kept my 2000 Tahoe (my ski ride to Tahoe) in excellent shape allowing her to reach 200K miles without any major issues. My 2004 Infiniti G35 now has 167K miles and runs like it is new making it a reliable car for my college aged kids. They also provide all the maintenance for our daily commuter autos, our 2008 Mini Cooper and 2012 Ford Edge. Never had any issues with their work. Great Guys, Great Service and Great Prices! I am a handicapped person who sits in a wheelchair but tries to get around on my own in my vehicle. When I went to Quality tune up Marc was nice enough retrieve my wheelchair from my vehicle help me out of my car and roll me to a proper location while he did an oil change for me. There was no waiting the final price was $25 after a $5 coupon that I didn't know about until he applied it to my invoice and he checked my other fluids for no extra charge. This is the kind of guy I want to go to all the time. Honest .No Nonsense. Straightforward. Thank you again and I'll be back.

Thank you to Marc and Mike for fixing up my car. They did a brake fluid flush and now my bakes are so much more responsive. They explained everything thoroughly and did a safety check of the car. I Appreciate it so much.

Today was my second time visiting this location, I really like their service, Marc helped me out today, he was very friendly and helpful. He explained about the price and other things very patiently, he checked my tire pressure for free. Even though they were busy and I just swung by, he took his time and didn't rush.

My previous mechanic retired. It was good news for him but bad news for me. I asked my neighbor who he takes his car to. He told me about Quality Tune-Up around the corner. I read the Yelp review and found them having good ones. I took my car in for service. I found them very honest, straightforward, nice and reasonable. I worked with Marc a couple of times and he is awesome. I will start taking all my cars here for service and repair. I feel comfortable to even refer friends.
