I've been coming to this quality tune-up location for the past few years and have never had any issues, in and out every time 20-40mins depending on what I'm getting done and I can just hang around Santana row or sit nearby. Knowledgeable staff and honest guys, they don't try to push services on you, just give you recommendations. Gilbert helped me out today, friendliest guy and made my visit super speedy!

My first time coming here for an oil change and it was the best service. Gilbert was awesome & friendly. AND i literally only waited 25 mins for mine to be done! Coming back here every time !

They really make sure to give quality service and go above and beyond with whatever you came In for. Mike was great explaining what needs to be done with my car and I appreciate that. I already recommended them to my brother and he was impressed as well with there service with reasonable prices. I will definitely come back here in future.

Gilbert and all of the workers at this location are amazing! I've been going to this location for about 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. They always remember my face and car which is nice when you've been coming to the same place. They also know how to treat a returning customer so they will keep coming back. Gilbert has been great about letting me know about parts that are starting to wear-down that don't need to be fixed immediately but just to keep them on my radar for the future. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone and will keep going back myself!

I was very happy with the customer service Gilbert and Lee gave me today! I came in because my tire was leaking air but didn't have much time to wait for it to be fixed. They immediately addressed the problem and got me in and out of there in no more than 10 minutes. Needless to say I was very impressed by their attentiveness to my issue and their ability to get it done quick. I greatly appreciated the help today and will definitely come back for any future repairs.

I have been going to the Quality Car Care Center for years! They are amazing! I can always trust them to tell me the truth with my car and I know they won't overcharge me. Gilbert and Lee give phenomenal service every time! I won't bring me car anywhere else!

I went in around 12:30pm today for a smog check. Gilbert was very friendly and helpful. He told me my car was 2nd in line and it would be about an hour. I was done and out of there by 1:10pm. I only gave 4 stars though, because while another guy was hooking up my car he seemed a little careless like he didn't care if he hit something. Also, while he was inside my car, another customer or a friend of his was hanging all over my car and talking to him with another bystander; seemed very distracting and I didn't like having some many people around my car that didn't work at the Quality Tune-Up. Besides that, Gilbert gave great service and got me out of there 15 minutes ahead of schedule.
