They changed the oil on my RAM Diesel. I supplied my own oil and filter. I knew that it wouldn't fill the pan to the FULL mark. But would be in the safe zone. The tech added generic oil to top it off! Then, he had pulled forward for some reason. I noticed something hanging under the axle. I stopped him from driving forward since he obviously didn't notice it. I had to pull pretty hard to unwind a RAG from around my front axle u-joint! Otherwise, it went ok...
