This is the best auto care place around. Harpreet took really care of my tundra. I always come to this place because they are trustworthy and do an excellent job. They also let you know if there's anything your car needs if there is there's no pressure and will wait for you to bring it by. Thanks again for the good work.

Their prices are very reasonable as well! ~~~ I called multiple oil change locations (Pepboys, Jiffy Lube, Honda dealership), and decided to come to Quality Tune Up because after the $10 coupon, it was the cheapest (~$55). When I arrived, Marc was very nice and welcoming. He collected my information and told me it would take around an hour to complete, and that he would call me after everything was done. I mentioned to him that I had the $10 off coupon, and he told me he would apply it at the end, when I picked up my car. During the wait, I was able to walk across the street, and wander around Santana Row. This place is located right across the street from Maggianos. After a little over an hour, I decided to walk back to the shop. Marc told me that my service light indicated 3 things based on the 3 different service letters and numbers. I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. He told me that since he didn't have any air filters available, he could order one for me. I told him that I wouldn't be able to wait for the air filter change today, but he told me I could stop by another day to get it replaced (it would only take a couple seconds). When he was processing my payment, he forgot to apply the coupon, and was very apologetic. He said that he would be able to apply the synthetic oil coupon to the new air filter, when I get it done. He also wrote it on my receipt. I was very happy with the overall service, and will definitely come back here again! Also, the location is perfect, because while you wait, you can walk to the mall or to Santana Row!

Have been coming here for YEARS! Have had my 2 cars worked on and there has NEVER been an issue. I drive across SJ just to come to this shop because I trust these guys and the work they've done for me. Mike and his crew are always awesome and always give me a heads up on things to check or change on my car. Customer service here is much better than the Ford Dealership near my place-I'll only go to Ford for warranty purposes. For those complaining about wait time-first come first serve basis. Bring a book or watch a movie on your iPhone. It's not that bad considering these guys do their job correctly. I'd rather wait and have them do a great job then go somewhere else where there isn't any quality.

I used to go to the Quality Tune Up in Milpitas, but moved to san jose, making this one closer for me. They're a lot friendlier here and explained and showed me what was wrong with my car or if they had a recommendation for me, they would explain and show me why. Coming from a girl who doesn't know a lot about cars, I felt like they weren't trying to stiff me but rather have me understand the situation before deciding what I wanted. Jose was wonderful and knowledgeable! I believe I met the manager of the shop too and he gave me $30 off since I was getting a lot of work done on my car. I'm happy they did such a good job :)

Excellent service ! The family that runs this business are very nice and professional. They are great at explaining everything to you and make sure you know everything they are doing . This is the only place I take my car to get to maintenanced.

If I could rate this shop on a scale from 1-100 it would be 1000000000000000 HAHAHA! I grew up coming here because everyone in my family would get there car fixed here and everyone is so friendly. When I finally got a car if my own, Jim, the big boss, toook care of all my car problems, he is constantly making sure a customer gets the best service as well as a well running car. I went to a different car shop and they just do the job and don't even tell you if there's a problem with your car, but here at quality they give you solutions! 10/10 would recommend this car shop!!!

I have been going to this quality tune up for over ten years and love these guys, anytime I have questions or issues with any of my vehicles they are the only place I trust to give me the answers and service I'm looking for.
