Came in for the first time here for an oil and filter change and brake services since my usual place was completley booked. Both Zack and Billy were excellent and took care of everything I needed, explained the cost of everything really well and gave discounts where they could. I really appreciated their customer service and how friendly they were. Will definitely be back here!

Who has two thumbs and is never bribing his cars back to Jiffy Lube? Mark was hands down the best guy to bring my car to to make sure everything was handled properly, not over charged and customer service was top notch. He checked and double check that everything was on point, that everything on my car was good to go and added a few extras that were easy to get done.

I've been coming here for years from Sunnyvale, not a long trek and there are closer places to me but I prefer to go to who I know will be fair, honest and treat you as good as anyone can. Zack has always been the what could be considered the antithesis of the dreaded repair shop owner that preys on the naive customer, he has always been engaging and pleasant, as have all that I've ever run into there. Prices are in line with others and in most cases, a bit more reasonable. I will continue to bring my trucks here for things as simple as a smog check, to whatever else. They will ask about routine things like air filters,oil changes etc.. but arent overly pressing like some other shops are. Overall a great neighborhood mechanic shop that's run by some real good folks.

Came in for the Unusual... EGR cleaning and Intake Port Cleaning. Anyone with a 90s Honda should and needs to clean the Carbon build up!! Mike took care of me, totally cleaned all around the intake.. ( didn't have to ) but quality shows... it was not an easy job at all. You had to drill the old ports out tap new ones in... Now my 99 Prelude runs so smooth it's crazy the difference it makes!! Fair price! I understand the mechanics have a tough job. Thanks Quality Team!

Honest, skilled, and detail-oriented work, with attentive customer service. I came here to get my rear drum brake shoes and rotors done. Marc was able to work through my vehicle on a deadline despite being busy and short staffed for the day. He showed me the removed parts afterward, confirming to me his work was authentic. I checked the work visually and with a thorough test drive after and the adjustments were on point. Thankful to have a trustworthy mechanic in the area.
